About Me
Hello! My name is Drew Lojewski, a junior at Penn State University, University Park. I am attending the Smeal College of Business studying Finance, with an intended minor in Information Systems Management. My work is focused on working with a leadership team and making a significant impact in my community and the organizations that I work with.
One of my notable roles at the moment is that I am a Fund Manager for the Nittany Lion Fund, LLC, where I have the incredible opportunity to work with other Penn State students managing a $13.50 MM student-run hedge fund, something that only few schools in the world offer. I am also a member of Phi Beta Lambda Professional Business Fraternity, which gives me a great opportunity to challenge myself outside the classroom, build great relationships, and give back to the Penn State community through my involvement in THON, one of the largest student philanthropies in the world.
Feel free to scroll further through the site to learn more about my work and involvement both on and off campus. Thanks for your interest!
My Love for THON
As a Penn Stater, one of the greatest things our school conducts is our annual Dance MaraTHON™ that raises awareness and funds to help end childhood cancer.
THON™ is a 46 hour, no sitting, no sleeping, dance marathon, where we hope that one day, instead of dancing for those who are suffering, we dance in celebration of a cure.
The Nittany Lion Fund
One of my most relevant activities right now in preparation for a financial career is my involvement in the Nittany Lion Fund.
The Nittany Lion Fund (NLF) is a student-managed investment fund of ~$13.50 MM assets under management from outside investment capital from alumni and friends of the university where student Fund Managers attempt to relatively outperform the S&P 500.
